The merger
CECEBA Bodywear GmbH & GÖTZBURG Wäsche GmbH will become CECEBA Group GmbH as of July 1, 2023. Are you already a customer of CECEBA Bodywear GmbH?
In your case both the banking details as well as the EDI data will not change, these will be taken over by CECEBA Group.
For all GÖTZBURG Wäsche GmbH customers the data of the new CECEBA Group will be relevant from 01.07. onwards. This data was sent to you by mail with our cover letter.

Can the CECEBA & GĂ–TZBURG brands be ordered in one order in future?
Yes, one total order is possible, but delivery will continue to be in separate packages. This applies to all order types.
Will our contact persons remain the same?
Your contact persons will not change. You can contact them as usual.
What happens to the existing AW23 orders?
Existing orders will be delivered as ordered.
Is there only one minimum order value?
In future there will only be one minimum order value per order.
Do EDI customers have to pay attention to anything regarding the connection?
EDI data exchange will be exclusively via the known CECEBA GLN. In case of technical problems, please contact your EDI service provider.
Why do we continue to send from separate warehouses?
Due to the current setup we will continue to work with two separate warehouses. Therefore, you will continue to receive separate deliveries, from now on, you will only receive one delivery note & one invoice.
Can the merger lead to delays in delivery?
Despite the merger, we will do our utmost to deliver to you as quickly as possible.
Will we receive one invoice per order in future?
Yes, in future you will receive one delivery note and one invoice.
